单独执行 /usr/libexec/upowerd -v ，也能成功执行。这个问题让我困惑了好久，目前找到解决方法了；我们需要做的是把 upower.service 里面的几句话注释掉即可

猜测这样可能就不会启动 seccomp 的功能了，upower.service 调用的系统调用就能正确进行了，保证 systemctl start upower.service 启动成功
